"Florencia", belongs to the series "imaginary landscape". Tribute to one of the most beautiful italian cities.
Its palaces, roofs and its very particular sloin. Its history is represented in the texture of the letters containing sunflowers bringing more light to the landscape. Mixed technique on recycled wood.
Collage with various hand-cut papers. Acrylics, watercolor pencils, waxes and graphite.
Recycled wood base with silk paper texture. Drawing and incorporating hand-cut papers working with different densities and thicknesses. Acrylics, pencils and waxes help me draw back on textures. I accentuate the color by removing and incorporating materials, predominantly intensity and details. In each frame the observation of textures is very important.
